Repair of rotors (2 pcs.) and cases of Hammer crusher with rollers, KDV 1137 series (rotor diameter 1.600 mm, rotor width 2.200 mm).

Complete disassembly, all parts dimension inspection and geometry measuring (discs, shaft, bearing houses, impact rollers…).

Renovation and machining of contact surfaces for bearings of main rotors and impact rollers.

Hard surfacing of discs. New system of cleaning scrapers.

The new SKF bearings set for rotors and impact rollers. New set of sprockets to impact rollers drive. New set of cleaning scrapers.

Added extra front and back covers of driven pulley.

Static balancing of rotors and pulleys.

Final assembly, coating and preservation (total weight 56 000 kg).
