GENERAL REPAIR OF FRAME AND PENDULUM OF JAW CRUSHER V8-2NS

General repair of frame and pendulum of crusher V8 – 2NS (1 000 x 800) and pendulum bearing housings repair.

Shot blasting, inspection, capillary test.

Renovation of front face contact surfaces for fixed jaw. Replacement of the part front face and new nose material and final machining.

Renovation of pendulum contact surfaces for movable jaw and supporting pan and new material of lower nose.

Stress relieving and machining and replacement of both pendulum pins.

Renovation of bearing houses.

Pendulum and frame assembly. New connecting bolts of frame. The front face and sidewalls drilled together
including mounting of new pins.

Painting and preservation.
